nosrviloa™ is owned and operated by Wuhan Wuchenda Trading Co., Ltd. These terms govern purchases through nosrviloa.com. Website conduct is addressed separately in our Terms of Use. Shipping, returns, payment, and privacy notices provide the related details. Mandatory consumer protections continue to apply.
Placing an order.
Provide accurate contact, payment, and delivery information and review the checkout total. You must have the legal capacity or authorization needed for the purchase. Automated confirmation acknowledges receipt. If payment verification, availability, shipping limits, or an obvious listing error prevents fulfillment, we contact you and refund collected payment for unfulfilled goods. We do not substitute a materially different item without agreement.
Products, variations & prices.
Use the product’s material, dimensions, fit ranges, closure, and included-content details when choosing. Screens and lighting can affect color appearance, but goods must match their material description. Do not infer genuine leather, precious metals, waterproofing, or protective padding unless expressly stated. Prices, currency, discounts, shipping, and taxes collected by us are shown before payment. Future price changes do not change an existing purchase. An obvious listing error is addressed with you through correction or cancellation and an appropriate refund.
Payment & verification.
Use an available checkout method. Processing follows payment confirmation and any necessary order verification. Provider conversion and bank fees follow your provider’s terms. Never send full card credentials to support.
Preparation & delivery.
Typical processing is 1–3 business days after confirmed payment. Estimated transit is 7–12 business days after dispatch. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. These are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates; the Shipping Policy explains tracking, origin information, customs, and delivery problems.
Cancellations & changes.
Ask promptly before fulfillment begins. We try to assist but cannot guarantee a cancellation or change after preparation starts. Successfully canceled pre-fulfillment orders incur no cancellation fee and are refunded to the original method within 5–10 business days. Shipped orders follow the return policy.
Returns & problems.
Eligible returns may be requested within 30 calendar days after delivery. Preference-based returns must be unused and in original condition with packaging and included accessories; the customer pays return postage, with no restocking fee. Faulty, incorrect, incomplete, or materially misdescribed goods receive an appropriate remedy at no extra cost. Approved return refunds go to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receipt and inspection. Full conditions appear in our Return & Refund Policy.
Responsibility & consumer rights.
Nothing here excludes mandatory warranties, remedies, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Use items according to their supplied instructions. A voluntary guarantee applies only if expressly described. If an event outside reasonable control interrupts performance, we communicate available options; it does not automatically remove applicable cancellation or refund rights.
Concerns & applicable protections.
Contact support with your order number and the concern. These terms do not require you to waive lawful access to courts, regulators, payment-provider processes, or other remedies. Mandatory law and non-waivable protections apply where required; no foreign-law restriction is imposed here.
Changes to these terms.
The terms presented when you order govern that purchase. Later revisions apply prospectively and do not retrospectively remove agreed purchase rights.
